In order access the hub and outreach support services, people be aged 18+ and have a diagnosis of any of the following: -

Support
The aim of the service is to enable people in West Sussex to be as independent as possible in their communities. Our flexible approach includes group, one to one, online and telephone support. We can help with information, advice, guidance, signposting to mainstream services and getting the most from your local community. We support people with a range of needs, for example, housing, benefits, money, safety, bills and letters, employment, volunteering, travel, health, accessing advocacy, being socially and physically active. We can provide information and advice to family and friend carers of people who have a lifelong disability or autism.
