Who can apply?

​In order to be considered for housing, you must:
​
  • Be an adult with a learning disability, autism or mental health need
  • Have a Care Act Assessment that states you have a support need and will be funded for support

​How can I get more information?
  • Ring the Housing office they will be happy to answer any questions and meet you if you would like to visit.
  • Family and friends are welcome to contact us​

Can I change my mind?
  • Yes – you may come in and decide our accommodation is not right for you
​
How does the Trust decide who to house?
  • It is all based on if we have the right accommodation for you​

Who normally completes the referral form?
  • A social or mental health worker
What happens after a referral form is submitted?​
  • We will confirm we have received your application
  • We will look at your application to see if we can house you
  • If we can house you, we will look through our vacant properties to see if any of them might suit you
  • We may ask you to come in for a chat or visit you in your home
  • We will keep you on our referral list for up to 18 months
