Served on white and harvest sandwich bread from Jengers’ Craft Bakery 

  • Cream cheese and cucumber 
  • Ham and mustard 
  • Tuna mayo 
  • Egg mayo and cress 


Sweets: 

All handmade at the Aldingbourne Country Centre 

  • Fruit scone, served with jam, clotted cream and butter portions 
  • Mini lemon posset, with fresh blueberries 
  • Coffee and walnut cake 
  • Chocolate brownie 
  • Shortbread biscuits 

Served with a selection of teas and sugar cubes.
