Please note the letter/prices are based on a single letter written for an individual child. Unfortunately, we don’t offer letters for multiple children/family groups.

Our bespoke letters from Santa are traditional, personalised and stylish. They are printed on quality vintage paper to give them an attractive, authentic look. Each letter comes with a real festive handmade wax seal.

This is a lovely way to not only give a gift to your loved ones but to support our charity this Christmas as any proceeds will go towards supporting people with learning disabilities and autism supported by the Aldingbourne Trust.

Orders for a hard copy letter must be placed by 5pm on Sunday 6th December 2026.
Orders for digital letters must be placed 5pm on Wednesday 16th December 2026.

Letters will be dispatched via second class post throughout December via the Royal Mail. If there is a specific date that you require your letter by, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your specific date. Please contact our Head Postal Elf “Sugarplum Lena” via email at [email protected] with any questions or queries.

*Please note, we cannot be held responsible for wax seals that have come off whilst in transit with the Royal Mail. However, this is very rare for this to happen.

*We cannot be held responsible for letters that are delayed/lost whilst in transit with the Royal Mail.

Please note, if you would like letters to be sent together, they will be dispatched addressed to the purchaser in a large plain envelope. The individual letters inside will come with the wax seal, and festive postage marks. Please note that individual letters inside the main envelope will NOT have an individual Royal Mail stamps attached.

If you would prefer your letters to be sent individually. Please note that multiple orders will be dispatched together on the same day, via Royal mail second class post. If you chose this option, please be aware that all of your order will be dispatched on the same day together.

However, please be aware that even though letters are dispatched on the same day, they may be delivered by the Royal Mail on separate dates. We have no control on how Royal Mail sort/dispatch the letters once they are in their system.
