Day Services
We provide training and learning for adults with learning disabilities and/ or autism, looking to improve and increase their skills through on the job training, work experience and tailored action planning. Our support is tailored to the individual to ensure happy and impactful results.
Support for Living
We are dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and / or autism to live in homes that are where they want them, are safe, secure and comfortable, with staff on hand to offer support if necessary. We believe in choice for the individual and their parents or carers.
Outreach
We are passionate about the support we provide. We look to make positive and lasting changes that allow the people we support live their best possible lives. Our support is flexible and caters to the individual with the aim of helping our clients live the life they choose as independently as possible, and it is rooted in kindness and compassion. 
Support in the Community
From 1:1 support in your home, the community, to on-line and virtual support and group support, Network West Sussex is a joint project which can provide expert support on your terms, helping you to live independently and make informed decisions about how you want to live. 
Supported Employment
Supported Employment West Sussex is an exciting partnership initiative where Aldingbourne Trust WorkAid and Workability from Impact Initiatives have joined together to provide employment support to individuals in West Sussex with lifelong disabilities, physical and sensory issues, acquired brain injury and those who are carers.
