We would like to ask what LGBTQ+ services you already access, and what support you would like to have access to if it were available.
LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender, Queer and Questioning, and is a way that people can tell others about their sexuality and gender. Questioning means that you might be unsure about what your sexuality or gender might be.
Here is a link to Stonewall charity's Easy Read information which tells you more about what LGBT means.

We would really like to hear from anyone in the West Sussex area who has a disability and/or neurodivergence and:
- Identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, pansexual, asexual or any other sexual minority; or
- Identifies as trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender fluid, gender non-confirming, agender or any other gender minority; or
- Has a variation in sex characteristics (sometimes known as ‘intersex’).
We understand that your experiences of your sexuality and gender are unique to you, and sharing this information may be difficult. To protect your privacy and identity we will not be asking for any information about your name or address in this survey. The information you give to the questions is anonymous and will be stored electronically with restricted access to nominated Aldingbourne Trust members of staff. We will be sharing some of the overall results of this survey with local services to help us work with them to develop support that is available, but it will remain anonymous and not be linked to you as an individual. We will be using the information shared with us to identify and develop possible support options for people in West Sussex.
Please think about the following questions and choose an answer which you think best suits you.
Thank you for helping us to better understand your support needs.
