Our Volunteer Coordinator
Hi! I’m Tracy, I have worked for the Trust since March 2017, I am very proud to say that I have recruited over 100 new Volunteers since I came to post. I absolutely love my job working along-side our amazing versatile Volunteers. We have over 200 Volunteers throughout the Trust working with the people we support.
As the Volunteer Coordinator, I recruit and match Volunteers by understanding their aspirations, expectations and skills. All of which need to be welcomed to reflect the needs of the Trust. I find Volunteers new and exciting opportunities at the Trust. I am based in the Central Office at the Aldingbourne Country Centre and work Monday – Thursday. |
Our Volunteers
We have over 200 volunteers at the Aldingbourne Trust however this month we'd like to introduce...
Clare‘I can honestly say, that being a volunteer at Aldingbourne is the best thing I have ever done.
I enjoy the interaction with the people we support; we work hard, but also have fun. It’s mutually beneficial.' |
Kath'Volunteering at Aldingbourne is a very uplifting experience. I look forward to it every week. It’s great that, apart from helping in the horticulture department, I am also learning so much. The Trust is a happy place, and working with the people we support is extremely rewarding.'

Mike'I love making furniture and started volunteering at Aldingbourne in the furniture department to help with clients. I had never considered what a help and inspiration the clients, staff and volunteers would be to me. It’s a real joy and I can’t imagine not going there.'
