Our supported employment services help adults with learning disabilities and / or autism to find and excel in paid jobs, reducing their reliance on benefits and growing their contribution to society.
Expert advice and support from our experienced team is available to adults with learning disabilities and / or autism, their families and carers through briefings, private meetings or just a friendly chat
We offer supported living services because everyone needs somewhere to live where they can feel safe and can engage with others in a way that works for them.
From help in your own home to free drop-in sessions at our community centre, we offer support for adults with learning disabilities and / or autism and their carers where it’s needed.
We offer supported on the job training, life skills coaching, community learning and tailored packages to help every adult with a learning disability and / or autism to contribute to their community.
Finding the right carers for adults with learning disabilities and / or autism is vital for them to reach their potential. Our Support Workers Direct service matches those individual needs with the right expertise.
