​Transition is groundbreaking collaboration between Aldingbourne Trust and Chichester College. You live and learn locally but away from home

  • Links with college to support your skill development
  • Short term accomodation (up to 3 years)
  • Fixed core day support and over night support included in weekly cost, 
  • Additional support available if needed.
